目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗轻度持续性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：将78例轻度持续性变应性鼻炎的患者随机分为2组。治疗组48例应用孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗3个月，对照组30组例单用孟鲁司特钠治疗3个月，进行症状及体征记分比较，评价治疗轻度持续性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的临床总有效率达87.5％，优于对照组66.7％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程均未发生不良反应。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合口服玉屏风颗粒对轻度持续性变应性鼻炎临床疗效好、未见不良反应。
목적：탐토맹로사특납연합옥병풍과립치료경도지속성변응성비염적료효。방법：장78례경도지속성변응성비염적환자수궤분위2조。치료조48례응용맹로사특납연합옥병풍과립치료3개월，대조조30조례단용맹로사특납치료3개월，진행증상급체정기분비교，평개치료경도지속성변응성비염적림상료효。결과：치료조적림상총유효솔체87.5％，우우대조조66.7％，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료과정균미발생불량반응。결론：맹로사특납연합구복옥병풍과립대경도지속성변응성비염림상료효호、미견불량반응。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Montelukast combined with yupingfeng particle versus oral Montelukast in the treatment of mild persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods: 78 cases with mild persistent allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated into two groups:48 patients of treatment group were treated with oral Montelukast combined with yupingfeng particle;30 patients of control group were treated with oral Montelukast, The patients were followed-up for 3 months. Symptom scores of rhinitis were recorded. Results:After 3 months treatment, mild allergic rhinitis were effective in 87.5% patients of treatment group and 66.7%patients of control group, differences are statistically significant. There are no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusions: Our observation suggests that oral Montelukast combined with yupingfeng particle for 3 months can significantly control mild persistent allergic rhinitis symptoms .
