目的：观察参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者外周血白细胞、C 反应蛋白(CRP)、前降钙素原(PCT)的影响。方法：将2012年8月至2013年8月本科收治的68例 AECOPD患者作为研究对象，其中治疗组34例、对照组34例。对照组采用平喘、吸氧、雾化吸入、呼吸功能锻炼，抗感染治疗等；治疗组在此基础上加用参麦注射液，疗程为7 d。入院1 d 和治疗7 d 时测定外周血白细胞、CRP、PCT。结果：两组治疗后外周血白细胞、PCT、CRP 水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，但治疗组治疗后上述指标较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05)。结论：参麦注射液能显著降低 AECOPD 患者的炎症反应，是辅助治疗的理想药物之一。
목적：관찰삼맥주사액대만성조새성폐질병급성가중기(AECOPD)환자외주혈백세포、C 반응단백(CRP)、전강개소원(PCT)적영향。방법：장2012년8월지2013년8월본과수치적68례 AECOPD환자작위연구대상，기중치료조34례、대조조34례。대조조채용평천、흡양、무화흡입、호흡공능단련，항감염치료등；치료조재차기출상가용삼맥주사액，료정위7 d。입원1 d 화치료7 d 시측정외주혈백세포、CRP、PCT。결과：량조치료후외주혈백세포、PCT、CRP 수평균교치료전강저(P<0.05)，단치료조치료후상술지표교대조조강저경가명현(P<0.05)。결론：삼맥주사액능현저강저 AECOPD 환자적염증반응，시보조치료적이상약물지일。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection in peripheral blood leucocyte、 C-reactive protein ( CRP) 、 Procalcitonin ( PCT) of patients with acute-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with acute-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into therapy group (34 cases) and control group(34 cases) . Tow groups were treated by Western medicine,the therapy group were treated by the Shenmai injection at the same time ,Seven days for a course. The peripheral blood leucocyte and CRP and PCT levels were detected in all patients at the first day and the seventh day. Results: The level of the peripheral blood leucocyte and CRP and PCT in therapy group were remarkably reduced after training (P<0.05-0.01) and were lowed than those in control group after training (P<0.05). Conclusions:The Shenmai injection can remarkably cut down the infected reaction of patients with acute-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,it is one of the better auxiliary drug to tread chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
