目的:观察增加过氧化氢的浓度,及添加二氧化钛催化剂对诊室漂白系统 TION GC 疗效的影响。方法:牛前牙被浸泡于液体沸腾产生的红茶染色液中7 d,作为变色标本。用 TION 诊室漂白系统以每7天漂白3次的频率漂白该变色标本。对照组漂白剂为 TION 凝胶,实验组漂白剂分别为 TION 凝胶混合等体积的35%过氧化氢和 TION 凝胶混合二氧化钛。该过程每7天1次共重复4次。用色度计ShadeEye 检测标本颜色。测量结果转换成 CIE L×a×b×色彩模式,使用色彩分析软件,以ΔE×ab 值代表漂白前后的颜色差异。对第1次漂白之前和最后一次漂白之后的颜色变化进行了测量。使用单向方差分析和 Tukey 检验(P<0.01)对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果:第2,第3和第4次漂白前后色差值ΔE×ab的变化小于6.0,第1次漂白前后过氧化氢添加组和二氧化钛添加组大于6.0。结论:对于 TION 漂白系统,添加过氧化氢使得漂白效果得到少许提高,而添加二氧化钛漂白效果与实验组无明显差异。

목적:관찰증가과양화경적농도,급첨가이양화태최화제대진실표백계통 TION GC 료효적영향。방법:우전아피침포우액체비등산생적홍다염색액중7 d,작위변색표본。용 TION 진실표백계통이매7천표백3차적빈솔표백해변색표본。대조조표백제위 TION 응효,실험조표백제분별위 TION 응효혼합등체적적35%과양화경화 TION 응효혼합이양화태。해과정매7천1차공중복4차。용색도계ShadeEye 검측표본안색。측량결과전환성 CIE L×a×b×색채모식,사용색채분석연건,이ΔE×ab 치대표표백전후적안색차이。대제1차표백지전화최후일차표백지후적안색변화진행료측량。사용단향방차분석화 Tukey 검험(P<0.01)대실험결과진행통계학분석。결과:제2,제3화제4차표백전후색차치ΔE×ab적변화소우6.0,제1차표백전후과양화경첨가조화이양화태첨가조대우6.0。결론:대우 TION 표백계통,첨가과양화경사득표백효과득도소허제고,이첨가이양화태표백효과여실험조무명현차이。
Objective:We evalvated increases in the concentration of hydrogen per oxide and a titanium dioxide catalyst influenced the efficacy of the TION in Office bleaching system(TION, GC,). Bovine teeth were immersed for 7 days in a pigmentation liquid produced by boiling black tea, to discolor the specimens. Before bleaching treatment, the discolored specimens was measured using a colorimeter. Bleaching treatment was then done using the TION in office system. The color was measured again after the bleaching ,and for three more times. Thereafter, then every 7 days for three more times, in addition,the bleaching agent of the TION gel was mixed with an equal volume of 35% hydrogen peroxide, and bleaching was performed in the same way as for the controls (H2 O2-added group). Using an experimentally produced reactor in which the volume of the titanium dioxide V-CAT contained in the reactor was doubled, bleaching was performed using the mixed gel of TION in the same way as for the controls (TiO2-added group). Measurements were converted to CIE Lab, using color analysis software, and ΔE ab, which represents color differences before and after bleaching . The 4 color differences before and after each bleaching treatment, and color changes between the first measurement before bleaching and fourth measurement after bleaching were calculated. Measurements were tested using one-way layout analysis of variance and Tukey’s test (P<0.01). Changes in the color difference value ΔEab before and after treatment were significantly greater after the first treatment under each condition. Although changes in the value were less than 6.0 after the second, third, and fourth treatments in the controls, changes in the value were greater than 6.0 up to the second treatment in the H2 O2- and TiO2-added groups.
