目的:通过监测尘肺患者血清高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)的水平变化,初步探讨其在尘肺患者表达的临床意义及其机制。方法:选取在茂名市职业病防治院确诊为尘肺的患者42例,分别监测患者入院后6、12、24、48、72 h 血清 HMGB-1的水平变化,同时在上述时相点监测血清 TNF-α水平。选取同期20例正常人作为健康对照组。结果:尘肺患者血清 HMGB-1、TNF-α水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),尘肺患者血清 HMGB-1的表达水平升高延续数天,48 h 达到高峰,其升高水平与 TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清 HMGB-1在尘肺患者呈高度表达,且持续时间较长,其可作为尘肺肺损伤诊断的可靠指标。

목적:통과감측진폐환자혈청고천이솔족단백-1(HMGB-1)적수평변화,초보탐토기재진폐환자표체적림상의의급기궤제。방법:선취재무명시직업병방치원학진위진폐적환자42례,분별감측환자입원후6、12、24、48、72 h 혈청 HMGB-1적수평변화,동시재상술시상점감측혈청 TNF-α수평。선취동기20례정상인작위건강대조조。결과:진폐환자혈청 HMGB-1、TNF-α수평균현저고우건강대조조(P<0.05),진폐환자혈청 HMGB-1적표체수평승고연속수천,48 h 체도고봉,기승고수평여 TNF-α수평정정상관(P<0.05)。결론:혈청 HMGB-1재진폐환자정고도표체,차지속시간교장,기가작위진폐폐손상진단적가고지표。
Objective:By monitoring the pneumoconiosis patients serum high mobility protein 1 (HMGB-1) the level of change,and discussed its clinical significance in patients with pneumoconiosis expression and its mechanism. Methods Select the hospital diagnosed with 42 cases of pneumoconiosis patients, respectively, monitoring patients admitted to hospital after 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h the levels of serum HMGB-1 change,at the same time with the same point in time monitoring the level of serum TNF alpha,normal people selected from our hospital medical center 20 cases of healthy controls. Results Pneumoconiosis patients HMGB - 1,serum TNF alpha levels were significantly higher than that of healthy controls ( P < 0. 05), the expression levels of pneumoconiosis patients serum HMGB-1 continue for several days,48 h peak,the higher level and the level of TNF alpha were positively correlated. Conclusion Is highly expressed in pneumoconiosis patients serum HMGB-1,and the duration is longer,it can be used as a reliable indicator for diagnosis of pneumoconiosis lung injury.
