优良的活性物质添加剂能显著改善铅蓄电池的各项性能。利用铅蓄电池制备过程产生的废料制备铅酸钡,并通过 XRD 和 SEM 等手段研究了制备方法对铅酸钡的影响;同时,还研究了铅酸钡作为正极活性物质添加剂对电池性能的影响。结果显示:利用铅蓄电池制备过程产生的废料所制备的铅酸钡其纯度可达80%以上;铅酸钡作为正极活性物质添加剂可提高正极活性物质导电性;但由于铅酸钡分解,显著缩短电池深循环寿命。

우량적활성물질첨가제능현저개선연축전지적각항성능。이용연축전지제비과정산생적폐료제비연산패,병통과 XRD 화 SEM 등수단연구료제비방법대연산패적영향;동시,환연구료연산패작위정겁활성물질첨가제대전지성능적영향。결과현시:이용연축전지제비과정산생적폐료소제비적연산패기순도가체80%이상;연산패작위정겁활성물질첨가제가제고정겁활성물질도전성;단유우연산패분해,현저축단전지심순배수명。
Appropriate active material additives could improve the property of lead-acid battery ob-viously.BaPbO3 was prepared by utilizing the scary lead materials during preparation of battery in this paper.The influence of preparation methods was carried out in terms of XRD、SEM. Meanwhile,the effect of BaPbO3 as positive active material additive on battery performance was studied.The results indicated that the purity of BaPbO3 with scary raw lead material was up to 80%,and it could increase the conductivity of positive active material,but shorten cyclic life of battery due to the decomposing of BaPbO3 remarkable.
