目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术在注射式隆乳材料聚丙烯酰胺凝胶( PAHG)取出中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2013年4月本科38例行超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术取出PAHG的注射式隆乳患者资料,并记录术后病理结果和随访情况。结果38例注射式隆乳材料PAHG被取出,其中3例出现皮下积液。全部患者均未发生感染。所有患者术后随访3.0~24.0个月,8例发生少量注射物残留,全部病例乳房外形满意。结论麦默通是一项创伤小、并发症少的乳腺微创技术,对注射式隆乳材料PAHG的取出安全、有效。
目的:探討超聲引導下麥默通乳腺微創鏇切術在註射式隆乳材料聚丙烯酰胺凝膠( PAHG)取齣中的臨床價值。方法迴顧性分析2009年2月至2013年4月本科38例行超聲引導下麥默通乳腺微創鏇切術取齣PAHG的註射式隆乳患者資料,併記錄術後病理結果和隨訪情況。結果38例註射式隆乳材料PAHG被取齣,其中3例齣現皮下積液。全部患者均未髮生感染。所有患者術後隨訪3.0~24.0箇月,8例髮生少量註射物殘留,全部病例乳房外形滿意。結論麥默通是一項創傷小、併髮癥少的乳腺微創技術,對註射式隆乳材料PAHG的取齣安全、有效。
목적:탐토초성인도하맥묵통유선미창선절술재주사식륭유재료취병희선알응효( PAHG)취출중적림상개치。방법회고성분석2009년2월지2013년4월본과38례행초성인도하맥묵통유선미창선절술취출PAHG적주사식륭유환자자료,병기록술후병리결과화수방정황。결과38례주사식륭유재료PAHG피취출,기중3례출현피하적액。전부환자균미발생감염。소유환자술후수방3.0~24.0개월,8례발생소량주사물잔류,전부병례유방외형만의。결론맥묵통시일항창상소、병발증소적유선미창기술,대주사식륭유재료PAHG적취출안전、유효。
Objective To explore the clinical application of Mammotome minimally invasive system in the removal of injected breast augmentation material polyacrylamide hydrogel ( PAHG ) . Methods We retrospectively analyzed totally 38 cases who underwent the removal of injected breast augmentation material PAHG using Mammotome minimally invasive system under the guidance of ultrasound from February 2009 to April 2013 .The postoperative pathological findings and follow-up results were recorded .Results PAHG was removed in all 38 cases.Subcutaneous fluid was observed in 3 cases, and no postoperative infection was found . All cases were followed up for 3.0-24.0 months, and 8 cases were found with residual PAHG , and all patients were satisfied with breast appearance .Conclusion As a minimally invasive technique with few complications , Mammotome is safe, effective and feasible for the removal of injected breast augmentation material PAHG .
