目的:通过三种干预方法,研究一种近似人类临床牙龈缺损的动物模型的可靠性。方法将10周龄Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组及P1、P2、P3三组实验组,分别采用丝线结扎、机械切除及高频电刀切除牙龈的方法致使大鼠下切牙唇侧牙龈缺损。术后8周时采用同名下切牙为对照组,游标卡尺测量下切牙切端至唇侧正中龈缘的垂直距离。采用单因素方差分析对数据进行统计学分析。结果8周时三组大鼠下切牙均发生牙龈组织的缺损。P1组与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),P2、P3组与对照组相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),P2、P3组间比较差异也具有显著性(P<0.05)。8周时P3组与自身对照组(即与自体同名牙对照)相比,差异也具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论丝线结扎、机械切除及高频电刀切除牙龈均可造成大鼠局部牙龈缺损,电刀切龈的方法效果更为显著。

목적:통과삼충간예방법,연구일충근사인류림상아간결손적동물모형적가고성。방법장10주령Wistar대서수궤분성대조조급P1、P2、P3삼조실험조,분별채용사선결찰、궤계절제급고빈전도절제아간적방법치사대서하절아진측아간결손。술후8주시채용동명하절아위대조조,유표잡척측량하절아절단지진측정중간연적수직거리。채용단인소방차분석대수거진행통계학분석。결과8주시삼조대서하절아균발생아간조직적결손。P1조여대조조상비차이무현저성(P>0.05),P2、P3조여대조조상비차이균구유현저성(P<0.05),P2、P3조간비교차이야구유현저성(P<0.05)。8주시P3조여자신대조조(즉여자체동명아대조)상비,차이야구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론사선결찰、궤계절제급고빈전도절제아간균가조성대서국부아간결손,전도절간적방법효과경위현저。
Objective To explore the reliability on the establishment of an approximate human gingival defect with animal models by three different intervention methods. Methods Wistar rats of 10 weeks old were randomly divided into control group and study groups (P1, P2, P3).The labial gingival defects in lower incisor were induced by silk thread ligation(P1), mechanical resection(P2) and high frequency electrotome(P3). 8 weeks postoperatively, the distances from the incisal end to the most coronally labial gingival margin on the lower incisors were measured with a caliper in comparison to the homonymic lower incisor in control group. One-way ANOVA were performed. Results 8 weeks postoperatively, the gingival defects were induced in all the study groups involved. There is no significant differences between P1 group and the control group (P>0.05), while significant differences were found among P2, P3 and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Silk ligature, mechanical resection and high frequency electrotome can induce local gingival defects in Wistar rats involved. The effect of high frequency electrotome is more beneficial to establish gingival defect in animal models.
