为提高石门揭煤区域瓦斯治理钻孔的抽采浓度和抽放量,减少突出煤层预抽时间,基于高压水射流破煤原理,论述了高压水射流冲孔卸压增透的防突机理,阐述了高压水射流冲孔的瓦斯治理效果。结果表明,煤层实施水力冲孔措施后,煤的弹性潜能得到了释放,有效消除激发突出的应力,具有较好的卸压增透效果,提高了抽采瓦斯浓度和抽放量,实现了安全快速的区域消突。本文介绍了高压水射流卸压增透瓦斯治理技术在新集一矿-700 m中央行人暗斜井的应用情况。

In order to enhance the drilling drainage concentration and drainage quantity of gas treatment in Shimen uncovering coal area ,and reduce pre -drainage time of outburst coal seam ,the paper discussed the outburst pre-ventive mechanism of high -pressure water jet relieved methane ,illustrated the gas treatment effect of high pressure water punching based on the principle of high pressure water jet breaking coal .Results showed that af-ter taking measures of water punching in coal seam ,elastic potential of coal has been released ,outburst stress has been eliminated effectively ,which had better relieved methane efficiency ,improved the drilling drainage concen-tration and drainage quantity of gas and achieved safety and rapid area outburst elimination .The paper introduced the application of high -pressure water jet relieved methane for gas treatment technology in -700 m center pe-destrian blind incline shaft ,Xinji No .1 Colliery .
