锚索锚固技术的核心是锚索的锚固力问题。采用不同内径的钢管在地面进行锚索锚固的仿真实验,实验内容包括锚固剂的推送、锚固剂的搅拌、锚索的锚固状态检查等。采用工业内窥镜窥视锚固剂的推送过程,通过剖开实验钢管检查锚固剂搅拌后的实际物理性态和钢绞线的锚固情况。仿真实验表明,锚索孔直径与锚固剂直径不匹配,会导致锚固剂在推送过程中发生相互挤错位;目前的锚索锚固技术会造成钢绞线穿过锚固剂而不能搅拌混合均匀锚固剂而使其发生假性锚固,锚固剂包装膜难以完全搅拌破碎,这些因素是导致锚索锚固性能或锚固力降低的基本原因。

The core of anchor cable reinforcement technology is the anchoring force of anchor cable .The authors make a simulation experiment of anchor cable reinforcement on the surface by using steel pipes with different in-ner diameter ,including observing the pushing process by industrial endoscope ,and checking the actual physical status of anchoring agent after agitation and the anchoring state of steel strand by cutting open the experimental steel pipe ,which shows that the mismatching diameters of anchor cable and anchoring agent would lead to dislo-cation and distortion of the anchoring agent in the process of pushing ,and the present anchor cable reinforcement technology would cause false anchoring with the package films of anchoring agent incomplete crushing due to the steel strand crossing the anchoring agent .
