随着我国煤炭地下开采水平的提高,煤炭开采深度加大,深立井井筒的建设工程逐年增多,深部煤层的透气性低、瓦斯压力大等增加了立井施工困难。本文以顾桥矿深部进风井井筒揭穿6#煤层为例,提出并采用了扩孔、深孔爆破以及边抽边掘综合防突技术,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了1~2倍,煤层瓦斯含量由12.7 m3/t降低至0.38 m3/t ,瓦斯压力由5 M Pa降低至0.53 M Pa ,有效地消除了煤层的突出危险性,保障了工作面安全高效揭穿突出煤层。

수착아국매탄지하개채수평적제고,매탄개채심도가대,심립정정통적건설공정축년증다,심부매층적투기성저、와사압력대등증가료립정시공곤난。본문이고교광심부진풍정정통게천6#매층위례,제출병채용료확공、심공폭파이급변추변굴종합방돌기술,와사추채순량제고료1~2배,매층와사함량유12.7 m3/t강저지0.38 m3/t ,와사압력유5 M Pa강저지0.53 M Pa ,유효지소제료매층적돌출위험성,보장료공작면안전고효게천돌출매층。
With the improvement of the level of underground coal mining and the increasing depth of coal mining , deep vertical well construction projects increased year by year ,the construction difficulties increased due to low permeability and large gas pressure of deep coal seam .Taking the uncovering of 6# coal seam in deep intake shaft in Guqiao Colliery for example ,the paper put forward the integrated outburst prevention technology of bore en-larging ,deep hole blasting and gas draining w hile driving .T he amount of gas drainage has increased by 1 to 2 times ,gas content reduced from 12 .7 m3/t to 0 .38 m3/t and the gas pressure reduced from 5 M Pa to 0 .53 M Pa in the coal seam ,w hich eliminated the risk of outburst coal seam and ensured the uncovering outburst coal seam safely and efficiently in the face .
