曲江矿井属于南方典型的深部矿井,开采水平在-850 m ,地压大,同时受到采动影响,巷道变形大,变形周期快,给生产和安全带来了很大的困难,同时也提高了吨煤成本,本文在分析现有传统的支护形式的基础上,进行了巷道底板镂空支护试验。镂空是让高应力的巷道围岩在受到水平主应力作用而发生底膨时,巷道周边有一定的卸压空间,等镂空底板向上膨到一定量时再进行抄底,从而减少了巷道的维修,延长了巷道维修周期,降低巷修费用,提高经济效益。
麯江礦井屬于南方典型的深部礦井,開採水平在-850 m ,地壓大,同時受到採動影響,巷道變形大,變形週期快,給生產和安全帶來瞭很大的睏難,同時也提高瞭噸煤成本,本文在分析現有傳統的支護形式的基礎上,進行瞭巷道底闆鏤空支護試驗。鏤空是讓高應力的巷道圍巖在受到水平主應力作用而髮生底膨時,巷道週邊有一定的卸壓空間,等鏤空底闆嚮上膨到一定量時再進行抄底,從而減少瞭巷道的維脩,延長瞭巷道維脩週期,降低巷脩費用,提高經濟效益。

Qujiang Colliery is typical of deep mine on the mining level of -850 meters with high ground pressure . Mining influence on roadway leads to great deformation and rapid deformation period ,which has caused great dif-ficulties in safety production and also increased the unit coal cost .By analysis of traditional support patterns ,the author present the hollowed -out support experiment on roadway floor ,in which floor heave occurs due to the action of horizontal principle stress on the high -stressed surrounding rock with pressure relief space and bottom-out is carried out when hollowed -out floor heaves upward to a certain content ,which has reduced roadway maintenance ,lengthened the maintenance period ,decreased the maintenance cost and improved the economic ben-efits .
