对官仓煤矿井下+606 m大巷矸石翻卸及破碎系统进行了初步方案设计,基于系统可靠性考量,在对初步设计方案进行了评价后,从工艺布置、关键设备选型、设备基础处理等方面完成了优化设计,实现了井下矸石翻卸及破碎系统机电液一体化作业,施工难度大为降低,系统可靠性大为增强。

대관창매광정하+606 m대항안석번사급파쇄계통진행료초보방안설계,기우계통가고성고량,재대초보설계방안진행료평개후,종공예포치、관건설비선형、설비기출처리등방면완성료우화설계,실현료정하안석번사급파쇄계통궤전액일체화작업,시공난도대위강저,계통가고성대위증강。
The preliminary design of +606 m tunnel gangue tipping and breaking system has been carried out . Based on the consideration of system reliability ,optimization design has been completed from the aspects of process layout ,key equipment selection and equipment foundation treatment after the evaluation of preliminary design scheme ,which achieved machinery -electric hydraulic integration operation of underground gangue tipping and breaking system ,reduced construction difficulty and greatly enhanced system reliability .
