构建转变经济发展方式背景下高职教育校企合作有效模式，是国家职业教育政策的要求，是高职院校人才培养的要求，是现代企业发展的需要。高职教育校企合作有效模式主要有：人才订单培养模式，工学结合培养模式，人才培养基础建设校企合作模式，项目合作模式，股份合作培养模式，顶岗实习培养模式，创业实践培养模式等。建立高职教育校企合作有效模式要求，积极打造校企合作的利益链条、实施集团化办学、健全完善校企合作的约束机制、制定合理的校企合作政策制度。
