间歇式混捏机作为选矿厂用于进行炭素、矿山混捏工序的关键设备，适用于预焙阳极、电极糊、石墨电极等制品的混捏。本文以选矿厂所生产的间歇式混捏机为研究对象，对其重要关键件制定具体的加工优化方案，同时保证混捏机整机制造精度及现场运转各项技术指标。在满足产品使用性能的前提下实现生产制造成本的降低并缩短生产周期，其优化方案对间歇式混捏机及相关产品的生产制造具有一定的实际指导意义。

Batch kneading machine is the key equipment for running kneading process. It was applied to knead prebake anode, electrode paste and graphite electrode. In this paper, the batch kneading machine was researched as a subject, the specific plan for processing technology improvements of important key components in batch kneading machine were developed. The accuracy of manufacture and operation technical index also can be ensured. On the basis of the service performance of the batch kneading machine, the cost of manufacture reduced and the production cycle shorten. The optimization plan provides some practical guidance for producing and manufacturing batch kneading machine and relational production.
