E-LINK assessment and training system%stroke%hand function
目的:探讨E-LINK评估与训练系统联合常规康复训练对脑卒中患者手功能恢复的影响。方法:脑卒中患者40例随机分为2组各20例,2组均进行常规康复训练,对照组增加作业疗法训练,观察组增加E-LINK评估与训练系统辅助上肢和手的训练。分别对2组患者治疗前后采用 E-LINK评估与训练系统对患侧手最大握力和捏力、简易上肢机能检查(STEF)和改良Barthel(MBI)指数进行评价。结果:治疗3个月后,2组患者患手最大握力、捏力及STEF、MBI评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05,0.01),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:E-LINK评估与训练系统联合常规康复训练可明显提高脑卒中患者手部运动功能。

목적:탐토E-LINK평고여훈련계통연합상규강복훈련대뇌졸중환자수공능회복적영향。방법:뇌졸중환자40례수궤분위2조각20례,2조균진행상규강복훈련,대조조증가작업요법훈련,관찰조증가E-LINK평고여훈련계통보조상지화수적훈련。분별대2조환자치료전후채용 E-LINK평고여훈련계통대환측수최대악력화날력、간역상지궤능검사(STEF)화개량Barthel(MBI)지수진행평개。결과:치료3개월후,2조환자환수최대악력、날력급STEF、MBI평분균교치료전명현승고(P<0.05,0.01),차관찰조경고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:E-LINK평고여훈련계통연합상규강복훈련가명현제고뇌졸중환자수부운동공능。
Objective:To investigate the effect of E-LINK assessment and training system combined with routine rehabilitation training on the recovery of hand function in stroke .Methods:Forty cases of stroke were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group (n=20 each) .The control group was given the routine rehabilitation training and occupational therapy training ,and the observation group was subjected to the routine rehabilitation training and E-LINK assessment and training system assisted for upper limb and hand training .The E-LINK assess-ment and training system was used to evaluate the hand grip and pinch strength ,simple test for evaluating hand func-tion (STEF) ,and modified Barthel Index before and after treatment .Results:After treatment for 3 months ,maximum grip and pinch strengths ,STEF and MBI scores were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment with the difference being statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,more significantly in observation than in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:E-LINK assessment and training system combined with routine rehabilitation training could significantly improve the hand function of stroke patients .
