以某压气机叶片为对象,在保证其形状不发生畸变的基础上,建立了数学模型.以有限元分析为基础,运用 UG NX 的二次开发功能,结合 C ++程序设计语言,对该压气机叶片进行结构优化设计,得到了同时满足强度和振动要求的最轻结构.结果表明:叶片模型在迭代过程中稳定生成,其优化后的体积(质量)相比优化前减少了6.680%,且能够满足原结构达不到的工作要求.该方法可行有效,可运用于其他机械产品的设计.

Taking a compressor blade as subject,the mathematical model of a compressor blade was estab-lished to ensure that it would not distort when it was modeled.With the UG NX secondary development and C ++,the compressor blade was optimized to obtain the lightest structure that can satisfy the strength and vibration,based on the finite element analysis.The results showed that the compressor blade was modeled without error in the iterative process.And the optimal volume (mass)of the axial compressor blade was re-duced by 6.680% than origin which could satisfied the work requirement that the original structure didn’ t.The total method of the structural optimization was effective and feasible and could be used in the design process of other mechanical products.
