目的：观察疳脂平片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎（ CHB）合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（ NASH）的临床疗效。方法：64例CHB合并NASH患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例，服用恩替卡韦的同时在医生指导下进行饮食调整及有氧运动，3个月后血清丙氨酸转移酶（ALT）依然高于80U/L的即为入选病例。观察组患者加用疳脂平片，对照组患者继续单服恩替卡韦片治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后症状及血脂、肝功能、肝脏超声等指标变化。结果：两组患者在服用恩替卡韦3个月后， ALT下降不理想，观察组患者在3～6个月加服疳脂平片后， ALT明显下降，并且血脂指标得到明显改善。结论：疳脂平片联合恩替卡治疗CHB合并NASH的疗效确切且未见明显不良反应，值得临床深入推广。

목적：관찰감지평편연합은체잡위치료만성을형간염（ CHB）합병비주정성지방성간염（ NASH）적림상료효。방법：64례CHB합병NASH환자수궤분위관찰조32례화대조조32례，복용은체잡위적동시재의생지도하진행음식조정급유양운동，3개월후혈청병안산전이매（ALT）의연고우80U/L적즉위입선병례。관찰조환자가용감지평편，대조조환자계속단복은체잡위편치료3개월。관찰량조환자치료전후증상급혈지、간공능、간장초성등지표변화。결과：량조환자재복용은체잡위3개월후， ALT하강불이상，관찰조환자재3～6개월가복감지평편후， ALT명현하강，병차혈지지표득도명현개선。결론：감지평편연합은체잡치료CHB합병NASH적료효학절차미견명현불량반응，치득림상심입추엄。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Ganzhiping-joint entecavir dispersible tablets to the treat-ment of chronic hepatitis B complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods: Sixty-four cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B and complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into two group, one group was denifited as observation group which included 32 cases of patients, another group was defined as control group in which included 32 cases of patients, too.All these 64 cases taking entecaivir under the guidance of a doctor and doing aerobic exercise, after 3 monthes lat-er, their serum alanine transfer ALT was still higher than 80U/L.Then, observation group taking entecavir and Ganzhiping, the control group continual taking entecavir tablets for 3 months.The changes of symptoms and blood lipids, liver function, liver ul-trasound parameters were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results: All the patients from both groups who tak-ing entecavir for three months still had a higher ALT value.However, the ALT decreased significantly of these patients from ob-servation group who taking Ganzhiping for another three months.In addition, the blood fat index also improved.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Ganzhiping-joint entecavir dispersible tablets to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is good and have less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
