目的:总结重组人白细胞介素-11(rhIL-11)致快速性心律失常的护理体会。方法选择2012年2月~2014年5月在我院肿瘤内科接受rhIL-11治疗后出现快速性心律失常的肿瘤患者8例,回顾性分析其临床资料、治疗和护理方法,总结其护理要点。结果经胺碘酮治疗后,8例患者的心律失常均在5天内消失,转为窦性心律,无其他不适,未出现严重不良反应。结论患者接受rhIL-11治疗后出现快速性心律失常时,护理人员应及时协助患者吸氧,使其保持平静;适时给予胺碘酮治疗,同时予持续心电监护;积极进行心理干预,观察并及时处理患者可能发生的各种不良反应。
目的:總結重組人白細胞介素-11(rhIL-11)緻快速性心律失常的護理體會。方法選擇2012年2月~2014年5月在我院腫瘤內科接受rhIL-11治療後齣現快速性心律失常的腫瘤患者8例,迴顧性分析其臨床資料、治療和護理方法,總結其護理要點。結果經胺碘酮治療後,8例患者的心律失常均在5天內消失,轉為竇性心律,無其他不適,未齣現嚴重不良反應。結論患者接受rhIL-11治療後齣現快速性心律失常時,護理人員應及時協助患者吸氧,使其保持平靜;適時給予胺碘酮治療,同時予持續心電鑑護;積極進行心理榦預,觀察併及時處理患者可能髮生的各種不良反應。
목적:총결중조인백세포개소-11(rhIL-11)치쾌속성심률실상적호리체회。방법선택2012년2월~2014년5월재아원종류내과접수rhIL-11치료후출현쾌속성심률실상적종류환자8례,회고성분석기림상자료、치료화호리방법,총결기호리요점。결과경알전동치료후,8례환자적심률실상균재5천내소실,전위두성심률,무기타불괄,미출현엄중불량반응。결론환자접수rhIL-11치료후출현쾌속성심률실상시,호리인원응급시협조환자흡양,사기보지평정;괄시급여알전동치료,동시여지속심전감호;적겁진행심리간예,관찰병급시처리환자가능발생적각충불량반응。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of the tachyarrhythmia caused by recombinant human interleukin-11(rhIL-11). Methods In this study selected were eight cases of patients with tachyarrhythmia caused by rhIL-11 admitted in the medical oncology department of our hospital between February 2012 and May 2014. Their clini-cal data, treating ways and nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed, and the key points of nursing were summarized. Results After the treatment with amiodarone, the tachyarrhythmia of the eight patients all disappeared in five days. The heart rhythm returned to sinus rhythm, and no other discomforts or severe adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion For the patients with tachyarrhythmia caused by rhIL-11, the nurses should assist the patients with oxygen inhalation timely so as to keep them calm down;treat them with amiodarone in good time and monitor their electrocardiogram at the same time;give them psychological intervention actively, observe and treat various adverse reactions promptly.
