本文以近年来某三级甲等医院所发生的医疗纠纷作为研究对象，发现医疗纠纷所导致的医院信任危机空前凸显，医生的执业风险日益增大。就此，本文从医方、患方、社会三个不同的视角，阐述了医疗纠纷的成因，并提出规范患者及医务人员依法处理医疗纠纷、纠正媒体的社会导向偏差、完善医疗纠纷处理途径、提高医疗机构的医疗服务水平等方面的预防措施。

Taking medical disputes in a grade A tertiary hospital in recent years as the research object, the author of this paper found that trust crisis caused by medical disputes in hospitals became unprecedentedly high-lighted, and the doctors' practicing risk is increasing. Therefore, the author expounds the causes of medical dis-putes from the following three different perspectives: hospitals, patients and society, and puts forward the corre-sponding preventive measures: specifying the legal handling of medical disputes by patients and medical staff, correct social orientation of media, perfecting ways of handling medical disputes, and improving medical institu-tions' medical services, etc..
