Healthcare industry concerns people's right of life and health, which needs humanistic care most. The core of legal culture is the effective connection between man and society, and the conceptual system of order arrangement. In the field of healthcare, if we want to cultivate medical students' humanistic quality through legal culture, we should adopt the way of classroom education, environment subtleness, and practice training to develop medical students' strong idea of human rights, professional quality of honesty and a strong sense of legal sense.
