随着社会对复合型人才的需求越来越迫切,医学院校开展法学双学位教育成为培养具有跨学科专业知识复合型人才的重要模式之一。但我国医学院校开展法学双学位教育时间较晚,存在教育管理制度不完善、缺乏有效的质量监控机制、忽视学生的实践能力培养等问题。本文针对这些问题,在调查分析的基础上,提出了改进法学双学位教学工作的对策和建议,包括改革教学管理和教学模式、建立健全法学双学位教育质量考核制度、强化教学指导和互动、合理安排教学时间、建立多样化的实践教学体系,以期改善教学管理,提高教学质量,培养合格的法学双学位人才。

Since the social demand for interdisciplinary talents has become more and more urgent, carrying out double major education in law in medical colleges and universities has become one of the important modes of developing compound talents with interdisciplinary knowledge. But because it is relatively late to carry out double major education in law in medical colleges and universities in China, there exist some problems such as incomplete education management system, the lack of effective quality control system, neglecting the cultivation of the students' practical ability, etc. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve double major education in law on the basis of investigation and analysis, including reforming teaching management and teaching mode, establishing and perfecting the quality and appraisal system of double major education in law, strengthening teaching guide and interaction, arranging teaching time reasonably, establishing a diversified practice teaching system, with the purpose of improving the teaching management and teaching quality, cultivating qualified law talents with double degrees.
