自然杀伤细胞（NK）在恶性肿瘤的免疫监视过程中发挥重要作用，可通过细胞毒作用及免疫调节能力直接或间接杀伤肿瘤细胞。临床研究发现，抑制NK细胞的杀伤活性可以加速急性粒细胞白血病（AML）细胞的免疫逃逸，破坏机体对其的免疫监视，从而影响AML的治疗效果。本文主要综述了AML细胞膜表面分化抗原簇、AML中细胞因子对NK细胞杀伤活性的影响，AML中NK细胞活化抑制的主要表现，NK细胞在AML治疗中的作用和潜力以及AML细胞逃避免疫监视的机制。

Objective NK cells play an important role in the immune surveillance against malignant tumors. It can kill tumor cells either directly or indirectly through its cytotoxicity and immunoregulation. Clinical studies have found that the inhibition of NK cell activity can accelerate the immune escape of acute myeloblastic leukemia(AML), undermine the immune surveillance of tumors and reduce the therapeutic effects of AML. This paper reviewed the AML cell membrane surface differentiation antigen cluster, effects of AML cytokines on NK killing activities, the major manifestation of inhibition of NK activity, the role and poten-tial of NK cells in the treatment of AML and the mechanisms of AML cells escaping from immune surveillance.
