目的：探讨显微外科精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的手术技巧。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年6月至2012年12月接受显微外科精索静脉结扎术50例患者的资料，总结分析显微外科精索静脉结扎术手术要点和经验体会。结果：50例平均手术时间（96±9.6）min ，动脉误扎1例，损伤1例，切口感染1例，术后发热1例，46例找到1条以上淋巴管。结论：显微外科精索静脉结扎术可以作为精索静脉曲张的首选术式推广，分离动脉和淋巴管并加以保护是本术式的要点和难点，掌握手术技巧，可以进一步降低并发症，缩短手术时间，提高疗效。
목적：탐토현미외과정색정맥결찰술치료정색정맥곡장적수술기교。방법：회고성분석아원2012년6월지2012년12월접수현미외과정색정맥결찰술50례환자적자료，총결분석현미외과정색정맥결찰술수술요점화경험체회。결과：50례평균수술시간（96±9.6）min ，동맥오찰1례，손상1례，절구감염1례，술후발열1례，46례조도1조이상림파관。결론：현미외과정색정맥결찰술가이작위정색정맥곡장적수선술식추엄，분리동맥화림파관병가이보호시본술식적요점화난점，장악수술기교，가이진일보강저병발증，축단수술시간，제고료효。
Objective]To discuss the operating skills of microsurgical varicocelectomy .[Method]We analyzed retrospectively fifty cases of varicocele patients treated with microsurgical varicocelectomy during June 2012 to December 2013 ,and the experi-ences of operationwere discussed .[Result]The average operating time was120 min in 20 cases ,including one case failing in artery ligation ,one case with artery damaged and 4 cases with unfound lymph duct .The average operating time was 70 minin other 30 cases .All the 30 case had no artery damaged ,of which 29 cases were found more than one lmyph ducts ,one case had wound infection and one case had a fever after operation .[Conclusion]Microsurgical varcocelectomy was considered to be the first choice of spermatic varices operation .Separationand protection of artery and lymphatic were the difficult and key points . Mastering the operating skills can prevent the complication ,reduce the operating times and improve the efficacy .
