探讨产科患者出院流程细节优化后的应用效果。对产科患者原来的出院流程进行识别与评估，寻找出院流程中存在的不合理问题，优化细节，制定详细而合理的出院流程。实施改进后的出院流程，缩短了出院手续办理的时间，不仅提早产科患者的平均离院时间并加快了新患者的办理，提高了工作效率，最终患者满意度得到明显提升。

Effect of detail optimizing applicationof the hospital obstetric patientswas explored .We identified and evaluated the o-riginal discharge processes ,found out the unreasonable problems in the discharge process and then optimized details ,so as to formulate detailed and reasonable processes .Through implementation of the improved discharge process ,the time spent in dis-charge procedures was shortened .Not only the average time of discharge processes of obstetric patients was shortened ,but also the process of new patient was speeded up .The work efficiencyand patients’ satisfaction wereimprovedultimately .
