目的:观察卡片式健康教育法对胎膜早破护理干预的效果。方法:胎膜早破76例,按2大责任组随机收治,甲组(研究组)36例采用卡片式健康教育方式;乙组(对照组)40例采用传统的口头健康教育方式。结果:2组干预前后比较,焦虑得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组干预后焦虑心理减轻更明显(P<0.05)。结论:卡片式健康教育法可以更有效地减轻孕产妇的焦虑心理,对控制并发症有积极作用。

목적:관찰잡편식건강교육법대태막조파호리간예적효과。방법:태막조파76례,안2대책임조수궤수치,갑조(연구조)36례채용잡편식건강교육방식;을조(대조조)40례채용전통적구두건강교육방식。결과:2조간예전후비교,초필득분차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),단연구조간예후초필심리감경경명현(P<0.05)。결론:잡편식건강교육법가이경유효지감경잉산부적초필심리,대공제병발증유적겁작용。
Objective ]To observe the intervention effect of card -type health education method for the nursing of premature rupture of membranes .[Method]76 cases of premature rupture of membranes were divided into two groupsrandomly .The card-type health education method was used in 36 cases of group A (study group ) ,and conventional oral health education method was used in 40 cases of group B (control group) .[Result]Compared the level of anxiety before intervention with that after in-tervention ,the study group A and the control group B both had significant difference in anxiety levels ( P<0.05 ) ,but the anxi-ety levelreduction of study group after intervention was more obvious .There was significant difference in anxiety levelsbetween the study group and the control group after intervention ( P<0.01) .[Conclusion]The card-type health education method can reduce anxiety level ,showing a positive effect to control the complications of premature rupture of membranes .
