基于岗位调研情况，依托院校合作平台，结合医学检验技术校内实训基地的现状，在学生毕业实习前集中安排一周时间开展校外检验仪器实训，将实训教学延伸到临床一线。实现课堂与职场的无缝对接，提高教学效果，凸显职业能力培养，从而切实提高学生的岗位适应力。

기우강위조연정황，의탁원교합작평태，결합의학검험기술교내실훈기지적현상，재학생필업실습전집중안배일주시간개전교외검험의기실훈，장실훈교학연신도림상일선。실현과당여직장적무봉대접，제고교학효과，철현직업능력배양，종이절실제고학생적강위괄응력。
Based on results of position investigation ,platform of hospital and college cooperation and condition of the depart-ment’s practice center ,an one-week off-campus practice of medical laboratory technology facility was organized before the start of internship ,extending practical teaching to the clinic .It can help to connect the class and the position ,improve teaching effect ,highlight professional ability cultivation and enhance position adaptability of students .
