Teacher and student participation in the management model was applied in nursing teaching management ,usingexperi-mental control method .It was found that teachers and students participation in the management model was better than the tradi-tional hierarchical management model ,which enabled teachers and nursing students to change their ideas ,to improve manage-ment capacity ,to enhance the team cohesion of teachers and students ,to improve the quality of teaching ,to improve teaching and learning mutuallyand to improve teaching satisfaction .
