痰饮、瘀血都是津血不归正化的病理产物,也是一些疑难杂症的致病因素,痰瘀互结为病,滞络损脉,胶结不解,渐成窠囊,因其临床表现复杂多变,近年来愈来愈受到重视。而随着科学技术的发展,对中医部分理论的研究已经进入了分子和细胞生物学水平。通过文献梳理,结合临床实验,试图从中西医结合角度阐述痰瘀与血管内皮细胞的联系。
痰飲、瘀血都是津血不歸正化的病理產物,也是一些疑難雜癥的緻病因素,痰瘀互結為病,滯絡損脈,膠結不解,漸成窠囊,因其臨床錶現複雜多變,近年來愈來愈受到重視。而隨著科學技術的髮展,對中醫部分理論的研究已經進入瞭分子和細胞生物學水平。通過文獻梳理,結閤臨床實驗,試圖從中西醫結閤角度闡述痰瘀與血管內皮細胞的聯繫。
담음、어혈도시진혈불귀정화적병리산물,야시일사의난잡증적치병인소,담어호결위병,체락손맥,효결불해,점성과낭,인기림상표현복잡다변,근년래유래유수도중시。이수착과학기술적발전,대중의부분이론적연구이경진입료분자화세포생물학수평。통과문헌소리,결합림상실험,시도종중서의결합각도천술담어여혈관내피세포적련계。
Phlegm retention, blood stasis is blood, tianjin is the pathological products of no return, also some risk factors of incurable diseases, knot disease, phlegm and blood stasis sluggish winding loss of arteries and veins, cementation, gradually into the beehive capsule, because its clinical manifestation is complicated, more and more attention in recent years. But with the development of science and technology, the study of part of the theory of TCM has entered the cell biology and molecular level. In this paper, through literature review, combined with clinical experiment, trying to from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine combined with phlegm and blood stasis and vascular endothelial cells.
