经方中厚朴的功效主要以行气降逆，消积除满，理气散结为主，通过配伍不同的药物，厚朴以小剂量治上，大剂量通下，分别治疗上中下三焦的气滞痰凝等证。通过总结仲景对厚朴灵活的辨证应用特点，以期为现代临床应用厚朴一药提供参考。
