目的：提高清毒百炎消软膏质量标准。方法对处方中半边莲药材进行TLC鉴别，用HPLC测定绿原酸含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，专属性强；绿原酸的含量测定范围在0.07288μg～1.458μg线性关系良好，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.80%，RSD为0.5%.结论方法简便准确，可用于清毒百炎消软膏的质量控制。
목적：제고청독백염소연고질량표준。방법대처방중반변련약재진행TLC감별，용HPLC측정록원산함량。결과박층색보반점청석，전속성강；록원산적함량측정범위재0.07288μg～1.458μg선성관계량호，r=0.9999，평균회수솔위99.80%，RSD위0.5%.결론방법간편준학，가용우청독백염소연고적질량공제。
Objective To improve the quality standard for Qingdu Baiyanxiao Ointment. Methods Lobelia Chinensis Lour in the prescription was identified by TLC, and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots were clear, with strong specificity. Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.07288μg-1.458μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.80%and RSD was 0.5%. Conclusion The established method is Simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Qingdu Baiyanxiao Ointment.
