目的:通过在体实验胃排空和小肠推进实验及离体实验离体肠管的张力、振幅、频率,探究一种含铁皮石斛叶和花的和胃茶煎剂对胃肠功能的影响。方法在体实验:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、香砂六君丸组、和胃茶饮用组、和胃茶灌胃组,分别灌服生理盐水20mL·kg-1,香砂六君丸混悬液2.33g·kg-1,生理盐水20mL·kg-1,和胃茶煎剂0.72g·kg-1,连续灌胃14d后,禁食不禁水12h,以营养性半固体糊灌胃,测定小鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率。离体实验:取SD大鼠离体小肠,按离体肠平滑肌灌注实验方法,观察在正常台氏液条件下加入不同剂量的和胃茶浸提物(浴槽内终浓度为0.0185、0.0370、0.0740、0.1480g·mL-1)后大鼠肠平滑肌的收缩状况及以生理盐水和香砂六君丸水煎液作为对照,在乙酰胆碱作用下加入和胃茶浸提物后大鼠肠平滑肌的收缩状况。结果在体实验:和胃茶灌胃组小鼠胃排空率明显降低(P<0.01)。各组小肠推进率两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。离体实验:和胃茶煎剂对大鼠离体小肠运动呈明显抑制作用,表现为振幅减弱,张力下降,频率减慢并能拮抗氯化乙酰胆碱引起的肠平滑肌收缩活动。结论和胃茶煎剂对胃肠运动有较明显抑制作用,能解除肠痉挛。

목적:통과재체실험위배공화소장추진실험급리체실험리체장관적장력、진폭、빈솔,탐구일충함철피석곡협화화적화위다전제대위장공능적영향。방법재체실험:장소서수궤분위정상대조조、향사륙군환조、화위다음용조、화위다관위조,분별관복생리염수20mL·kg-1,향사륙군환혼현액2.33g·kg-1,생리염수20mL·kg-1,화위다전제0.72g·kg-1,련속관위14d후,금식불금수12h,이영양성반고체호관위,측정소서위배공솔화소장추진솔。리체실험:취SD대서리체소장,안리체장평활기관주실험방법,관찰재정상태씨액조건하가입불동제량적화위다침제물(욕조내종농도위0.0185、0.0370、0.0740、0.1480g·mL-1)후대서장평활기적수축상황급이생리염수화향사륙군환수전액작위대조,재을선담감작용하가입화위다침제물후대서장평활기적수축상황。결과재체실험:화위다관위조소서위배공솔명현강저(P<0.01)。각조소장추진솔량량비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。리체실험:화위다전제대대서리체소장운동정명현억제작용,표현위진폭감약,장력하강,빈솔감만병능길항록화을선담감인기적장평활기수축활동。결론화위다전제대위장운동유교명현억제작용,능해제장경련。
Objective To explore the effects of Hewei Tea, a composition of Chinese herbs containing leaves and flowers of Dendrobium officinale, on gastrointestinal function by means of the gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion experiments in vivo, and the tension, amplitude and frequency of isolated intestine. Methods In vivo experiments:Mice were randomly divided into control group, Xiangshaliujun pill group, Hewei Tea drinking group and Hewei Tea lavage group, and treated by a gavage of normal saline(20mL·kg-1), suspension of Xiangshaliujun pill(2.33g·kg-1), normal saline(20mL· kg-1), and decoction of Hewei Tea(0.72 g·kg-1), once a day, respectively. After 14 days, the mouse were given by gavage with nutritional semisolid paste to measure the rates of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in mice, after deprived of food but not water for 12 hours. In vitro experiments: According to the isolated small intestinal smooth muscle perfusion experiment method, we took the small intestine isolated from SD rats to observed changes of intestinal smooth muscle contraction after adding different doses of Hewei Tea decoction (final concentration in bath was 0.0185、 0.0370、 0.0740、 0.1480g·mL -1) in normal Tyrode’s solution or in the condition of acetylcholine, compared with normal saline and Xiangshaliujiu pill decoction. Results In vivo experiments: Gastric emptying rate of Hewei Tea lavage group significantly reduced(P<0.01). The pairwise comparison of small intestine propulsion of groups, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). In vitro experiments: Hewei Tea decoction significantly inhibited intestinal motility of rats with reducing the amplitude, declining tension, slowing down the frequency, and antagonized the contraction of intestinal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine. Conclusion Hewei Tea decoction has obvious inhibitory effects on gastrointestinal movement, which can relieve intestinal cramps.
