目的:观察参麦注射液足三里穴位注射对大鼠全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)时肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法建立大鼠SIRS模型。40只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、针灸治疗组、参麦注射组和生理盐水组,每组各10只。造模成功1h后观察各组大鼠的一般情况;经5d治疗后,收集样本,检测血常规(白细胞计数WBC)、动脉血气分析(PCO2、PO2)、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果参麦注射组WBC、TNF-α水平显著低于其余3组(P<0.05)。参麦注射组PO2水平显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),参麦注射组PCO2水平显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液足三里穴位注射治疗大鼠SIRS可减轻炎症反应,抑制炎症因子,保护肺功能。

목적:관찰삼맥주사액족삼리혈위주사대대서전신염증반응종합정(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)시종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)적영향。방법건립대서SIRS모형。40지SD대서수궤분성공백대조조、침구치료조、삼맥주사조화생리염수조,매조각10지。조모성공1h후관찰각조대서적일반정황;경5d치료후,수집양본,검측혈상규(백세포계수WBC)、동맥혈기분석(PCO2、PO2)、혈청종류배사인자α(TNF-α)수평。결과삼맥주사조WBC、TNF-α수평현저저우기여3조(P<0.05)。삼맥주사조PO2수평현저고우공백대조조(P<0.05),삼맥주사조PCO2수평현저저우공백대조조(P<0.05)。결론삼맥주사액족삼리혈위주사치료대서SIRS가감경염증반응,억제염증인자,보호폐공능。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Shenmai injection in Zusanli acupoint injection on rats systemic inflammatory response syndrome inflammatory factor TNF-α. Methods To establish a comprehensive model of systemic inflammatory response syndrome in rats. Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups (n=10), including Vacuity-contrast group(VC group)、 Acupuncture in Zusanli group (AZ group)、 Shenmai injection in Zusanli acupoint injection group (SZ group) and Physiological saline Zusanli point injection group (PZ group). To observed the general condition of rats when modeling success after 1h. After 5D treatment the rats were sacrificed, collect samples, detection of blood(white blood cell count, WBC);arterial blood gas analysis (PCO2, PO2); serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) level. Results The WBC、 TNF-α levels of the SZ group were significantly lower than the other three group (P<0.05). The PCO2 levels of the SZ group were significantly lower than VC group (P<0.05). The PO2 levels of the SZ group were significantly higher than VC group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai injection in Zusanli acupoint injection for treatment of SIRS in rats may reduce the inflammation response, inhibit inflammatory factors, to protect lung function.
