以田基黄为原料,对微波法提取田基黄中总黄酮的工艺进行了研究,确定了最优工艺参数:微波提取时间5 min,提取次数1,提取温度50℃,提取溶剂为60%乙醇,料液比为1∶35/(g/mL)。最佳条件下,田基黄中的总黄酮提取率为14.24%。

The method of microwave extraction technology of Total Flavonoids in Grangea maderaspa-tana was researched.The optimum technology parameters are as follows:extraction time was 9 min,ethanol concentration was 60%,extraction temperature was 50℃,extracted 1 times,and the liquid and solids ratio was 1∶35(g/mL).Under the optimum extraction conditions determination of total flavonoids from Grangea maderaspatana.The results showed that total flavonoids of Grangea maderaspatana were 142.38 mg/g.Mi-crowave extraction technology is an efficient,rapid and environmental method for extracting total flavonoids from the Chinese Medicinal Herbs.
