2013年7月在陕西省西乡县韩岭村烟田首次发现疑似烟草青枯病病株,为了解陕西烟草青枯病的发生危害,对陕西省不同烟区的烟草青枯病的发生情况进行系统调查,并对田间采集的具有典型青枯病症状的烟草茎部样本进行了病原鉴定。结果表明:陕西省烟草青枯病发生区域为陕南的汉中、安康和商洛3个烟区,延安、宝鸡和咸阳的三个烟区尚未发现。发病始于6月上旬,盛发于7月中旬。该病害随温度升高而病情加剧,发病早期田间死苗严重,发病率可高达24.67%,而且有蔓延扩展趋势;通过对烟草茎秆上分离的病原细菌进行形态观察、致病性测定、生理生化性状等常规细菌鉴定比较,结合细菌16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定该病原菌为青枯劳尔氏菌Ralatonia solanacearum。
2013年7月在陝西省西鄉縣韓嶺村煙田首次髮現疑似煙草青枯病病株,為瞭解陝西煙草青枯病的髮生危害,對陝西省不同煙區的煙草青枯病的髮生情況進行繫統調查,併對田間採集的具有典型青枯病癥狀的煙草莖部樣本進行瞭病原鑒定。結果錶明:陝西省煙草青枯病髮生區域為陝南的漢中、安康和商洛3箇煙區,延安、寶鷄和鹹暘的三箇煙區尚未髮現。髮病始于6月上旬,盛髮于7月中旬。該病害隨溫度升高而病情加劇,髮病早期田間死苗嚴重,髮病率可高達24.67%,而且有蔓延擴展趨勢;通過對煙草莖稈上分離的病原細菌進行形態觀察、緻病性測定、生理生化性狀等常規細菌鑒定比較,結閤細菌16S rDNA序列分析,鑒定該病原菌為青枯勞爾氏菌Ralatonia solanacearum。
2013년7월재합서성서향현한령촌연전수차발현의사연초청고병병주,위료해협서연초청고병적발생위해,대합서성불동연구적연초청고병적발생정황진행계통조사,병대전간채집적구유전형청고병증상적연초경부양본진행료병원감정。결과표명:합서성연초청고병발생구역위협남적한중、안강화상락3개연구,연안、보계화함양적삼개연구상미발현。발병시우6월상순,성발우7월중순。해병해수온도승고이병정가극,발병조기전간사묘엄중,발병솔가고체24.67%,이차유만연확전추세;통과대연초경간상분리적병원세균진행형태관찰、치병성측정、생리생화성상등상규세균감정비교,결합세균16S rDNA서렬분석,감정해병원균위청고로이씨균Ralatonia solanacearum。
Tobacco bacterial wilt in Shaanxi was investigated using samples typical of wilt symptoms. Results showed that bacterial wilt occurred in tobacco growing areas of southern Shaanxi province including Hanzhong, Ankang and Shangluo. No bacterial wilt disease was observed in other tobacco growing areas such as Yan'an, Baoji and Xianyang. It broke out in early June and prevailed in the middle of July, indicating that it aggravated in line with rising temperature ( with incidence of up to 24.67%). Morphology observation, pathogenicity determination, physiological and biochemical identification in combination with 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that the pathogen was Ralatonia solanacearum.
