建立以高效液相色谱测定烟用香精香料中奎尼酸含量的方法。以质量分数50％的乙醇为萃取剂，样品经振荡提取后，采用C18色谱柱分离和二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明，奎尼酸在1．0～250．0 mg/L 范围内线性关系良好，相关系数为0．999，检出限为3．12μg/g，加标回收率为92．6％～105．1％，相对标准偏差（RSD）＜5％（n＝5）。所建立的方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简便等优点，适合于烟用香精香料中奎尼酸的批量测定。

A method for determination of quinic acid in tobacco flavor was developed by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy. After oscillating-extraction by 50% ethanol,the samples were separated by C18 column and detected by diode array detec-tor. The results showed that in the range of 1 .0 to 250.0 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient for quinic acid was 0.999,the detection limit was 3.12μg/g,the recoveries were from 92.6% to 105.1% ,the RSD < 5% (n= 5). The method was sensi-tive,accurate and easy-controlled,and it was suitable for batch determination of quinic acid in tobacco flavor.
