我们认为柔性化培养就是根据培养对象的个性特点,采用弹性、灵活的培养方式,培养具有个性的、不同规格、不同层次的人才。柔性化应用型人才培养应该包括三个方面:一是向纵深发展,不断加强学生应用能力和应用技术的培养,实现人才培养与工作岗位的零距离对接;二是向宽广方向发展,进行跨专业培养,以适应工作岗位的综合化,三是在课程设置上,实行动态化,对市场需求的动态变化能够快速响应。在目前的条件下,柔性化培养与学生个性自主选择的人才培养模式目标,可以通过分阶段、分类别方式和模块化课程超市方式实现。
我們認為柔性化培養就是根據培養對象的箇性特點,採用彈性、靈活的培養方式,培養具有箇性的、不同規格、不同層次的人纔。柔性化應用型人纔培養應該包括三箇方麵:一是嚮縱深髮展,不斷加彊學生應用能力和應用技術的培養,實現人纔培養與工作崗位的零距離對接;二是嚮寬廣方嚮髮展,進行跨專業培養,以適應工作崗位的綜閤化,三是在課程設置上,實行動態化,對市場需求的動態變化能夠快速響應。在目前的條件下,柔性化培養與學生箇性自主選擇的人纔培養模式目標,可以通過分階段、分類彆方式和模塊化課程超市方式實現。

The flexibility training aims at cultivating talents with various personality, specifications and levels, based on personality characteristics of trainees, by elastic and flexible training methods. There are three aspects in flexible application personnel training;one is to develop in depth, i. e. to strengthen constantly students’ proficien-cy and application of technology, to achieve butt joint of personnel training and jobs; the other is to develop in width, i. e. cross professional training to adapt to job integration, the last is to implement the dynamic curriculum to respond the dynamic changes in market demand quickly. The target of flexible training model and applied talents training mode by students’ personalized choice can be implemented by stages, classified and modular curriculum su-permarket style at present.
