利用陶瓷废料制备轻质墙体材料,是解决陶瓷废料带来环境问题的重要方法。试验采用10%、20%、30%和40%的陶瓷废料内掺取代水泥制备轻质多孔混凝土,探讨了陶瓷废料对轻质多孔混凝土性能与孔结构影响。试验结果表明,陶瓷废料的掺量低于20%,轻质多孔混凝土的吸水率降低,抗压强度提高,孔隙率降低,主要归因于陶瓷废料的物理填充效应的发挥;陶瓷废料掺量高于20%,对轻质多孔混凝土性能和孔结构不利。

The preparation of lightweight wall materials use of ceramic waste is the important method to solve the problem of ceramic waste from the environment. In this study, the cement was replaced by 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of ceramic waste to prepare lightweight porous concrete, the influence of ceramic waste on the performance and pore structure of lightweight porous concrete was discussed. The experimental results showed that the dosage of ceramic waste lower than 20% had lower water absorption, higher compressive strength and lower porosity density for lightweight porous concrete due to physical fil ing effect of ceramic waste, the dosage of ceramic waste higher than 20% had worse performance and pore structure.
