社会科是一门初中综合文科课程,为了应对综合课程的挑战,必须加强社会科教师培训。根据学科性质和特点,社会科教师培训课程必须从课程标准出发,增强培训内容的适切性,注重培训形式的多样化,同时要加强培训保障,切实提高社会科教师的培训效果。
社會科是一門初中綜閤文科課程,為瞭應對綜閤課程的挑戰,必鬚加彊社會科教師培訓。根據學科性質和特點,社會科教師培訓課程必鬚從課程標準齣髮,增彊培訓內容的適切性,註重培訓形式的多樣化,同時要加彊培訓保障,切實提高社會科教師的培訓效果。
사회과시일문초중종합문과과정,위료응대종합과정적도전,필수가강사회과교사배훈。근거학과성질화특점,사회과교사배훈과정필수종과정표준출발,증강배훈내용적괄절성,주중배훈형식적다양화,동시요가강배훈보장,절실제고사회과교사적배훈효과。
Sociology is a comprehensive subject in middle school education. To meet with the challenge of the subject, we need to train teachers. According to the spectiality and characteristics of the subject, the training must be based on the standards of curriculum and enhance the properness of the teaching materials, keep the diversity of training forms. Meanwhile, training conditions should be secured and the effectiveness of training be improved.
