炼油厂重污油回炼是降低原油加工损失的重要环节,通常其含水量较高,回炼难度较大。通过全厂流程模拟软件(RSIM)对中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司延迟焦化装置进行模拟,利用接触冷却系统回炼重污油新工艺,在控制塔底温度大于190℃,每月可回炼重污油3 kt,同时可生产0.35 MPa 蒸汽2.5 t/h,具有较好的经济效益。

Recycling of heavy dirty oil in refinery is an important measure for reducing petroleum processing loss. However,due to the high water content of heavy dirty oil,it is difficult for recycling.The delayed coking plant of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company was simulated with RSIM software,through which the new technology for heavy dirty oil recycling with contact cooling system,at the controlling tower bottom temperature of over 190 ℃,3kt heavy dirty oil could be recycled,and meanwhile 0.35MPa steam could be produced at the speed of 2.5t/h,which had good economic profit.
