采用常规聚合工艺难以保证大分子链上官能团规整分布,因此通过引进规整聚合催化剂(HX -3)的实验,探索聚合新工艺。实验结果表明:HX -3通过初期屏蔽单体的活性,然后在一定条件下缓慢释放,能有效达到“规整聚合”的目的。在其他条件不变的情况下,加入 HX -3可有效提高大分子链的空间规整性,成品纤维的物理机械性能可得到改善,原丝的拉伸强度离散因子大幅降低,单丝强度也有明显上升。

As the conventional polymerization process is hard to ensure regular distribution of functional groups in macromolecular chains,experiments were made for studying new polymerization process through introduction of regular polymerization catalyst (HX -3).Result showed that regular polymerization catalyst (HX -3)could reach the target of regular polymerization through restraining activeness of monomers at the beginning period and slowly release their activeness under certain conditions.With other conditions keeping unchanged,adding catalyst (HX -3 )could effectively improve the spatial regularity of macromolecular chains,so that the physical and mechanical properties of fiber products could be improved,and the tensile strength scatter factors for precursor was reduced substantially.Comparing with the control group,the strength of filament was increased markedly.
