On the basis of“jokes”form ,spread by mobile phones and other new media ,“red texts”as a new cultural phenomenon become a new force to spread advanced culture .On the basis of extensive research ,starting with the origin ,development and characteristics of red texts ,we analyze success factors ,summarize its value and sublimate its practical significance and give references as to the means ,the form and the content to spread the advanced culture .
