从利益关系角度研究创意产业聚集区的价值链结构，可以弥补聚集中非贸易关系方面研究的不足。通过对创意产业聚集区价值链结构将利益相关者联系起来，建立了利益价值链堆积模型，突破了波特的钻石模型，可以体现横向联合利益聚集效应和金字塔分布的聚集特征。结论认为，金字塔结构越完整，聚集效应越明显；越是核心利益相关者越容易进行聚集关联活动，从而对聚集效应的贡献也越大；无论是支持成分还是基本成分，它们对聚集效应的作用具有同等地位，随着比例的提高和对聚集效应贡献的提升，支持者有可能变成基本成分导致聚集区的功能发生改变，从而实现聚集区功能转型。不同聚集区需要采取有差别的手段完善金字塔结构，以改进聚集效应。

Value chain study about creative cluster is a new way to find the non - trading relations within agglomeration. This paper sets up an accumulating model by connecting stakeholders in agglomeration are-as, which is different from Porter’s diamond model and can be used to describe the features of agglomera-tion with Pyramid Structure by horizontal connecting the stakeholders. It conducted that the more perfect of Pyramid Structure, the more agglomeration effects are; Core stakeholders are easier to connecting with oth-ers and have more contribution to the agglomeration effects. Basic and supportive components are same po-sitions to agglomeration effects; The supportive components can transfer to basic one with their ratios crease which results the function transition for the cluster. There are different ways for clusters to improve the structure and agglomeration effects.
