甘肃省虽地处经济欠发达地区，但文化资源丰富，通过调整产业结构，促进文化产业发展意义重大。将文化产业划分为文化服务业和文化品制造业，应用投入产出分析方法，本研究得出甘肃省应优先发展文化服务业，以文化服务业带动文化品制造业，最终达到文化产业协调发展，实现产业结构整体优化升级。

The Culture Industry is divided into Cultural Services and Cultural products manufacturing In-dustry, through the analysis of Gansu Province in input - output table, it is a conclusion that should give priority to the development of Cultural Services, that could promote the development of Cultural product manufacturing, and ultimately achieving a comprehensive development of the structure of Cultural Indus-try.
