济钢物流中心厚板作业区进行基础规范管理，强化理论学习，在入库、计划提报、汽车发货、火车发运等环节推行全流程作业标准化，以提高产品一次直发率为目标，通过系统优化，挖潜提效，全面提升管理水平，组织绩效有了明显提升，使得产成品库存量控制在中心的考核指标范围内，产成品一次直发率全部完成中心指标，结算模式也实现了班结班清。

Through making standard management, strengthening the theoretical study the working standardization of whole process is implemented in heavy plate working zone of Jinan Steel’s logistics center. By optimizing system, lofting potentialities and efficiency the organizational performance have significantly improved, the finished goods inventory is controlled in the scope of evaluation index of the center, once straight rate index of finished goods is completed and the settlement pattern of once a clear is also realized.
