通过静态吸附和解吸的初步试验考察了六种大孔吸附树脂ADS-7、ADS-17、DM-130、D-101、AB-8、X-5对枇杷叶粗多糖的除蛋白和多酚效果,以蛋白和多酚的吸附率及多糖的回收率为考察指标,筛选出最佳的大孔树脂。结果表明:ADS-7大孔树脂从枇杷多糖提取液中吸附较多蛋白和多酚,同时可以采用10%乙醇洗脱回收多糖,95%乙醇洗脱蛋白质和多酚。因此,采用ADS-7大孔吸附树脂可以通过吸附枇杷粗多糖中杂蛋白和多酚去除杂质,有望获得较高的纯化效率和回收率。

In this paper, the ability of removing protein and polyphenol from the loquat leaf polysaccharide of six kinds of macroporous resin ADS-7, ADS-17, DM-130, D-101, AB-8 and X-5 was compared through the test of static adsorption and desorption. The best macroporous resin was selected based on the adsorption rate of the protein and polyphenol, and the recovery rate of polysaccharide. The results showed that ADS-7 macroporous resin adsorbed more protein and polyphenol, the polysaccharide could be desorbed by 10% ethanol, and protein and polyphenol could be desorbed by 95% ethanol. Therefore, ADS-7 macroporous adsorption resin can be used to purify loquat polysaccharide through adsorbing protein and polyphenol, and may obtain higher purification efficiency and recovery.
