为实现烧结混合料水分的自动控制,在原有1#、2#烧结机PLC控制系统的基础上,新增2台PLC主机及若干分站,通过以太网和Modbus Plus网组成两级控制网,采用Concept 2.6功能块FBD进行编程,开发了烧结混合料水分测控系统。系统投运后,可稳定控制烧结混合料的水分,混合料水分的稳定率由原来的78.2%提高到95.7%,同时提高了烧结矿质量。
為實現燒結混閤料水分的自動控製,在原有1#、2#燒結機PLC控製繫統的基礎上,新增2檯PLC主機及若榦分站,通過以太網和Modbus Plus網組成兩級控製網,採用Concept 2.6功能塊FBD進行編程,開髮瞭燒結混閤料水分測控繫統。繫統投運後,可穩定控製燒結混閤料的水分,混閤料水分的穩定率由原來的78.2%提高到95.7%,同時提高瞭燒結礦質量。

For realizing the automatic control of moisture in sinter feed mixture, new 2 sets PLC main machine and some substations were added on the basis of PLC controlling system of original No.1 and No.2 sinter machine, and the moisture measuring system of sinter feed mixture was developed by forming two level controlling net constituted by Ethernet and Modbus Plus and programming adopted Concept 2.6 FBD. After the operation of this system the moisture in sinter feed mixture can be stably controlled, the stabilization of moisture in sinter feed mixture was increased to 95.7% from original 78.2%, and at the same time, the quality of sintering was increased.
