Ferulic acid%Melanocytes%Proliferation
目的:观察不同浓度阿魏酸溶液对体外培养的正常人表皮黑素细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用L-DOPA染色法鉴定正常人表皮黑素细胞;分别用0.01、0.1、1 mg/mL的阿魏酸溶液处理正常人表皮黑素细胞24 h、48 h、72 h,采用MTS法测定黑素细胞增殖活性。结果:与未用阿魏酸溶液处理的对照组相比,0.01、0.1、1 mg/mL阿魏酸在作用24、48、72 h后,黑素细胞增殖作用均受到抑制,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);不同浓度与时间有交互作用(F=2.48,P=0.034),随着阿魏酸溶液浓度的增加及作用时间的延长,对黑素细胞的抑制作用增强。结论:阿魏酸溶液可以抑制正常人表皮黑素细胞的增殖,提示其在治疗黄褐斑等疾病方面具有良好的前景。

목적:관찰불동농도아위산용액대체외배양적정상인표피흑소세포증식적영향。방법:채용L-DOPA염색법감정정상인표피흑소세포;분별용0.01、0.1、1 mg/mL적아위산용액처리정상인표피흑소세포24 h、48 h、72 h,채용MTS법측정흑소세포증식활성。결과:여미용아위산용액처리적대조조상비,0.01、0.1、1 mg/mL아위산재작용24、48、72 h후,흑소세포증식작용균수도억제,차이균유통계학의의(P치균<0.05);불동농도여시간유교호작용(F=2.48,P=0.034),수착아위산용액농도적증가급작용시간적연장,대흑소세포적억제작용증강。결론:아위산용액가이억제정상인표피흑소세포적증식,제시기재치료황갈반등질병방면구유량호적전경。
Objective:To investigate the impact of ferulic acid on proliferation of epidermal melanocytes in vitro.Methods:The normal epidermal melanocytes were identified by L-DOPA staining.After being treated with different concentrations (0.01,0.1,1 mg/mL) of ferulic acid for 24, 48, 72 h in vitro, the proliferative activity of cultured melanocytes were detected by MTS . Results:Compared with the control group without treatment with ferulic acid , the proliferation of the melanocytes were inhibited when treated with 0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/mL ferulic acid.The differ-ence were statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Concentration and time have interaction .With the higher concentration and the prolonged of culture time , the inhibition of melanocyte proliferation was enhanced .Conclusion:Ferulic acid solution may inhibit the proliferation of normal human epi-dermal melanocytes .It suggests that ferulic acid may have potentials in the treatment of melasma and other pigmented disorders .
