如何实现农户耕地利用中经济效益与生态效益的良性互动，是一个倍受关注的问题。在分析影响农户耕地利用方式选择因素的基础上，归纳了建国以来陕北农户耕地利用方式的演变阶段；剖析了其中存在的问题及原因。在此基础上，提出了陕北农户耕地利用方式的优化策略，如加大农田改良与水利基础设施投资，优化产业结构，提高农户经济收益；注重退耕还林后续产业培育工作，完善配套政策，实现生态经济化发展；引进推广先进适用的农业科技，推动耕地集约农业发展，提高耕地生产力等。

How to realize the benign interaction of economic and ecological benefits in the cultivated land use is a matter of concern. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of cultivated land use of peasant house-holds,the paper sums up the stages of evolution of the agricultural land use since the founding of a state;and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. On the basis of this,it puts forward the optimization strategy of cul-tivated land use in Northern Shaanxi,for instance,firstly,we can enlarge the improvement of farmland and the water conservation infrastructure investment,optimize the industrial structure,and enhance the peasant house-holds’economic gain;secondly,we should pay attention to the follow-up industry development work of conver-sion of cropland to forest,consummate the necessary policies,and achieve the ecological economic develop-ment;thirdly,we’d better bring in and popularize the advanced suitable agricultural science and technology, promote the agricultural development of the intensive cultivated land,and increase the productivity of the culti-vated land and so on.
