生源质量直接影响着高校教学质量和人才培养的质量，如何在生源紧张的形势下提高高校生源质量是一个值得研究的问题。与中学合作，建立优质生源基地，在某种程度上能够确保高校有个稳固的优质生源渠道。不过，要真正实现这个效果，就应该合理定位生源基地，依托各种交流活动，开展可持续性的合作，使中学与高校在提高人才培养质量方面实现共赢。

Students’quality directly affects the quality of teaching and personnel training. How to improve the quali-ty of students in colleges and universities in the situation of shortage of students is a project that is worthy of discus-sing. Cooperation with secondary schools,the establishment of high-quality student base,to some extent,will en-sure colleges have a solid channel. However,to truly achieve this effect,it should be reasonable to locate student base,relying on various exchange activities,carry out sustainable cooperation to achieve win-win situation between secondary schools and universities in the improvement of personnel training’quality.
