    就河南省农田粮食生产现状、态势及存在问题，对粮食产量稳定性评价及主导因素进行分析，并通过对河南省区域粮食安全保障体系构建的研究，为河南省粮食生产政策制定以及区域粮食安全保障体系构建提供科学依据。
    취하남성농전양식생산현상、태세급존재문제，대양식산량은정성평개급주도인소진행분석，병통과대하남성구역양식안전보장체계구건적연구，위하남성양식생산정책제정이급구역양식안전보장체계구건제공과학의거。
    This paper analyzes the grain output stability evaluation and the dominant factors based on Henan prov-ince grain production status,trend and existing problems,and then provide a scientific basis for the grain production policy of Henan province and regional food security safeguard system construction by studying the regional food se-curity safeguard system construction of Henan province.
